Here's what some of our residents had to say about us:

I Just Wanted to Say Thank You - Melissa
As my lease is renewing, I wanted to take a quick moment to say Thank You - I love living at The Park at Stonebrook! I know new residents often wonder what an apartment complex is really liek, and I wanted to offer them a peek from a long time resident - I initially moved here in August 1994, frankly, because it was on a bus line and in my price range. In the many years since, I have realized what a wonderful choice it was to do so.
First of all, it's quiet, peaceful, and clean. I have a beautiful tree in front of my window and love seeing and hearing the birds each day. Being so close to the downtown area, it is even more precious to have a bit of serenity at home. Neighbors are friendly and many have beautiful dogs of all sizes which they walk about, helping deter unpleasant behaviors. Our pet areas even have cleanup stations for the 'presents'. Our garbage compactor area is isolated to one convienient spot - near the mailboxes, and has a door to keep pests out. Even in the heat of summer, you don't need to worry about the odor either! I love the pretty plants and trees that sprinkle my apartment and then there is the lake where I have caught quite a few fish! Our ducks are fund to feed, too.
Our apartments are nice, too. The maintenance staff are a bunch of friendly professionals who really take pride in keeping things fixed quickly and correctly. Inside, the walls aren't the typical bland white; the kitchen is open, and the appliances are new (I love having a dishwasher and disposal!). I was able to have a washer and dryer in my apartment, but when it's been a 'WEEK' and I want to wrap washing up quickly, the laundry room is clean and reasonably priced. Ceiling fans and the personal balcony and communal walkways are really nice touches that make this feel like home. My neighbors and I know each other, and we have get-togethers every so often.
Next, it's easy to get anywhere! It's a short walk from a main HARTLine hub, and the USF and VA shuttles both stop out front. By car, I am five minutes from I-275 and I-75, 6 from I-4 and only 15-20 from SR-54 and the Suncoast / Veterans Expressway. My friends tease I'm 5 minutes from everything - evn Busch Gardens ;-). I've been in itinerant jobs where I have had to travel up to ten counties around us, and this is by far the most central location to our major hubs. AND- where else can you walk to the movies and Christmans shoppings from your apartment?
And speaking of fun things to do - the pool and Jacuzzi are clean and comfortable way to meet neighbors. The staff even throw mix & mingle parties to facilitate the community feeling at The Park at Stonebrook - back to school/college parties are fun! Our business center has two computers with high-speed internet, a fax and printer/copier, so catchin up on emails or surfing are a breeze. I love slipping in for coffee and fresh baked cookies, too!
I look forward to continuing to live here and Thank You for all you do to make my home wonderful! -
Your Company is Excellent - Stephanie Marsh
Recently I was on the hunt for an apartment in the area of Riverview, FL. I had a very bad experience with my landlord and it was mutually decided that I would be released from my lease with a 30 day notice. Needless to say I was in a hurry to fnd a nice place to live, but being slightly jaded, I was hesitant to find anything that would fit my requirements.
Naturally having access to a list of apartments in the area I first set my sights on the Blue Rock Partners and from there I visited, The Park at Dorchester, The Park at Knightsbridge, The Park at Polos Place and The Park at Kensington. I have never been so impressed with such a professional staff. Every one of them was as nice as could be, even before they found out that I worked for Mr. Drake. Carmen from The Park at Knightsbridge, was such a sweetheart, she knew the property like the back of her hand. Molly from the Park at Polos Place was very professional. Wendy, was definately my favorite over at the Park at Dorchester, she is as friendly as she is sweet. The one that took the cake for me however, whom I was most impressed with was Billie, from the Park at Kensington. She did everything, but roll out the red carpet for anyone who walks through her office doors. She tries so hard to please every one she can, and every other property I went to knew her by name, and not a single person had anything negative to say about her or her property. She by far was amazing as a person, and your company is so lucky to have a worker such as her.
Out of the 50 properties that I visited over the weekends that I searched, Blue Rock properties was by far the best up kept, and the most courteous properties. I finally made my decision and I am now going to be living at the Park at Kensington, with no regrets, and nothing but excitment for the day that I am able to move in. Please keep up the good work, your company is excellent!
